[the underground] It’s a horrible place in the world as there are absolutely NO…rules…. No law… Police aren’t allowed in, and will most likely be killed if they even tried to enter, no one there is punished for anything they do, there entirely exempt from the law.. Obviously this is a very dangerous place, VERY dangerous, so officer danial mark tries going in undercover, just to get an idea of what the town is like… He won’t share that he’s a cop, obviously… He’s only been there less than an hour and he’s disgusted and horrified about the inhuman acts he can only assume happen….
