Introduction

this is order of operations but in 7th grade they put G instead of p. so instead of PEMDAS its GEMDAS. G is for grouping. the numbers are brackets, braces, radical numbers, parentheses, and absolute value. then do order of operations. exponents, multiplication, division, adding and subtracting. and if there's no operation in the parentheses it's multiplication.

9 ( 4²) +3-2 first step= no grouping. but there is exponents. 4 to the second power or 4 squared. is 16. so 9 ( 16) = 144. 144 + 3 =147. 147 - 2= 145 and that is the answer.
