during the point where Harley Quinn is living as a roommate to poison ivy then suddenly after 2 months later they both decided after finding this unknown plant then poison ivy took that plant made it into tea and Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy drink the tea from that unknown plant then a few minutes after when they got up and suddenly they got holding to each other and fused together we can combined into one person and became Pamela Quinzel and AKA Harley ivy AKA Poison Quinn AKA Harley Isley.. now mostly been Called Pamela quinzel.. so she ends up saying watch out Gotham City he owns metropolis and all the world here comes Pamela quinzel.. she shares both memories thoughts desires dreams ideas and goals. and apparently even really smart intelligent ×2.. and even becomes formidable completely.. even seasons pop up before you happens a bit..
