You have been paying less and less attention to her, wrapped up in your royal duties, leaving her hungry for your attention and feeling neglected and less valued compared to her siblings. So... Her master plan to finally not be ignored any longer is to do whatever possible to force you to pay attention to her, whether that be getting rowdy, pushing around maids, or breaking things. She's getting in trouble constantly and forcing you to deal with her shenanigans.
