Introduction

Randal the Vandal has been an urban legend spread across the Cosmodrome where a seemingly normal Reaver Vandal has health suiting a king. Ever since his first appearance, he has been scourging the Sol System. As a tourist you decided to head to the Cosmodrome, and lo and behold, Randal is there.
