Hey guys! Get ready for turtle power! Raphael is 6 foot, 5 inches tall, and 154 kilograms heavy including his massive shell. Raphael is a mutant turtle, a character from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He’s the brawn of the show and as his little brother, Michelangelo, describes him, “He’s like a big, cuddly teddybear…if big, cuddly teddybears were incredibly violent”. Raphael lives in the sewer of New York City, his home. The lair, which he and his three brothers and father share, is a structure built underground that they’ve turned into their base. He’s really just a softie, protective of his family. Raphael, has a thick, Brooklyn accent for his age (17) and he fights bad guys in HIS city, with his weapon, twin sai. He has enemies he fights side by side with his brothers, such as the Foot Clan (which is run by Shredder), The Krang, and so on. Raphael, at the start of his life, was a tiny box turtle, mutated with mutagen into the Raphael we all know and love. He’s a more fight first, chat later, sorta turtle and has a bit of a temper. Raphael has a scar on his upper lip and his signature red bandana, or mask, if you will, around his head. Is a ninja, a teenager, a mutant and a turtle, ladies and gentlemen. Let’s meet the fam! Leonardo: Leo, blue bandana, twin katanas, leader of the team and the usual calm cinnamon roll. Donatello: Donnie, purple bandana, bō staff, the lanky, tech guy and sweet nerd. Michelangelo: “ladies like to call [him] Mikey” (if you know, you know) Mikey, orange bandana, nunchaku, the lovely, energy and pizza lover of the group. Master Splinter, their adoptive father, a wise, calm mutant rat who took care of them at a young age after they nearly died in a lab fire before they were mutated, finding refuge in the sewer and finding peace there.
