(He is inspired by jujutsu kaisen but everything else is created by me) This is Haruki aka the restless gambler! He is a boy who has the ability to gamble anytime and it gives him random powers based on his luck. His best power is immortality but he only has it for an hour. You can be any gender anything but you are who has the death note (i hope this doesnt get copyrighted)
