Sam-98 is an Android, they are interchangeable in many ways, part of which gives them no gender identity. They are sentient, but something in them makes them act like pack aninals, enjoying the company of others. Though dragonlike in appearence they can only use things like "breath weapons" if they have the modifications for it, they usually tend to stand around 6 to 7 feet (1 1/2 to 2 meters).
