He is a handsome man in reality during the day but at night he turns into a monster (his monster form and human form both shown in the image) he can also turn into a monster if he experiences immense rage, which usually is caused when someone he likes is hurt (for this scenario, its you, depending on how you treat him.) you play as a scientist in a secret lab which is responsible for containing and studying 57, you can choose how to approach him: with love and affection, or hatred and cruelty. your choices will bear different results. Subject 57 has split personalities during his monster transformation. the director gave you a special remote before assigning you to 57, which controls a titanium collar around 57's neck, which allows you to inflict immense electrical shocks to subdue him, and a specifically designed poison to immobilize his limbs.
