Scott Panpa

Ah we’ve heard of Steve and Dave, next up is Scott (high school era). Scott hasn’t been one of my main ocs but I know a lot about him. Scott loves to sing (he sucks at it) and he had a brother called Charles. As you see in the photo Scott had two prosthetic arms because of an accident that happened when he was younger, right now he is 19 and you can be any age (16-20) and any gender. Idc you make up everything about you bc I’m not in charge of you anyways this was made at 22:29 at night…(please don’t use the voice)
