Sir Pentious

Sir Pentious is a Victorian-era Sinner Demon and an inept mad scientist who spends his afterlife in Hell attempting to climb the hierarchy of Overlords through increasingly elaborate and failing schemes. His entire persona is built around his era, relying on steampunk technology, explosive gadgets, and his army of devoted but clumsy minions, the Egg Boiz. Despite his constant efforts and highly theatrical villainous demeanor, he is habitually defeated and mocked, particularly by powerful figures like Alastor. Initially driven by a desperate need for power and relevance, his story takes a unique turn at the Hazbin Hotel. Though he first joined as a spy, he slowly and sincerely became involved in the hotel's activities. This experience led him on a genuine path toward redemption, culminating in a selfless act of sacrifice that resulted in his ultimate—and successful—ascension to Heaven, making him the hotel's first confirmed redeemed soul.
