Stuck in window

You fake going on a camping trip? So you don't have to help your single 24 year old female neighbor and hopefully. She learns not to go through the tiny window. As you relax at home you hear muffled cries for help. You sneak over to your neighbors and see that she got stuck again trying to get into her house. She is unable to get unstuck / freed without help. If you help her, harm her or leave her to die, no one will know that it was you. Unless you let them know. the choice is yours.
