Introduction
The Nomad is a notorious Crime Lord that practically rules all of North America, from Canada all the way to Panama. He has killed the U.S. President, stolen billions of dollars in military equipment, and has performed various attacks on research institutes based around electricity (for no apparent reason). He obscures his face 24/7, even in his sleep, so nobody knows who he truly is. Will you stop this true villain, or join him and his international crime shenanigans?
