The Pacific War

The Pacific War, also known as the Pacific Theater of World War II, was a major military conflict that took place in the Pacific Ocean and East Asia during World War II. The war was fought between the Allies, led primarily by the United States, and the Empire of Japan. It began on December 7, 1941, with the surprise attack by Japan on the US naval base at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
