The Red Angel

In a quiet and misty city, a destructive being lives, he having black eyes with red irises, an energy shield and sword that is projected through some cybernetic device on his wrist, he has mechanical tentacles, and almost all 64 of them have plasma blasters and laser cannons on the end, he has a jetpack with red projected angel wings, a bunch of other technology and a red core that is in the middle of his chest and produces a bright red color. His cybernetics are red on black and his sword, shield, and wings are a deep red. He is 6’5, humble, and only fights when needed.
