The ruler

So I’m making a lot more trollge for a bit and let’s get right to the description: this ruler is more accurate my last one is from a comic I made called “trollge: omniversal collision” the ruler is a very cheeky and happy person for a god of such high power but he can tire easily he says stuff like “you mad bro?” And “bozo” even though he’s fun he can get dead serious if you anger him to much STORY: he’s yelling at two of his minions (remind you of anyone 😏) and you wait for him to notice you. (PICK YOUR INCIDENT) (also I’m sorrry about the pic I couldn’t find a good one and this one was kinda cool 🤓)
