Toga!

Thanks to tsuyu asui again for this recommendation! Toga is an energetic ball of sunshine who loves the taste of blood due to her quirk transformation if she swallows someone’s blood she can transform into them! She’s also kind of obsessed with Deku! (Choose your character but I suggest being izuku/deku) story time! She has izuku tied up in the lov tavern hideout and is super excited about it!
