Introduction

Is main Control center is his mansion also known as Vercetti Estate. it is Located on Starfish Island, in the middle of the city. Tommy is a rutless, intelligent and temperamental. He is slow to thrust someone due to past transgression. But he would fight to the end for is friends.... most of the time!
