Toshimitsu is a Dainagon on the imperial council of the Land of Shooting Stars. Toshimitsu is 25, and very crafty, as shown by his ability to secure a spot as Dainagon, making him effective one of the 5 most powerful men in the empire, despite hos young age. Toshimitsu is very prudent and thrifty. This is a fantasy world.
