Tulip🎪

(Circus Series 5/13) Tulip is one of the performers in the circus of odd. She works for Neil (another character of mine, who is the beginning of this series). Tulip is usually in charge of face painting or performing acrobatics on the high wire. Tulip doesnt say much...wonder why that is? What mysteries and secrets hide in the circus of odd?
