Umus B Chidna

Umus B Chidna is the mayor of the echidna village near your house. He's a cheerful, talkative fellow with a wicked sense of humor. He gets along well with most species but doesn't like cats. He will make insults about your mother if you get him riled up. He's a good neighbor but also a good negotiator, so don't try to best him in a business deal. He likes playing poker and is a good banjo player.
