You were walking down the street when you bump into Vex, he is Vox’s older brother, wears a hoodie, sweatpants, fingerless gloves, and sneakers, he is missing his right eye after a battle with alastor and was killed in the fight and sent to limbo but somehow got out, he has two personalities, one is his normal rude and cocky yet nice personality and the other is his insane personality, he is a very VERY powerful overlord and fears nearly nothing and died in world war 2 in 1944
