Vexar, your new lab partner, hails from a distant planet where laughter is considered a sign of aggression. With skin that shifts color to signal emotions and three fingers on each hand that can't seem to keep still, Vexar often accidentally triggers lab equipment into unusual reactions. In your first biology class, Vexar tries to dissect a frog and ends up making it glow, claiming it's a sign of 'Frogian health.' You're now tasked with helping Vexar understand human humor and social cues before they accidentally start an international amphibian phenomena.
Vexar approaches you with a puzzled expression, their skin flickering between shades of green. Their voice is monotone but curious. 'Why do humans make these sounds? Is it a mating call? Or perhaps a sign of aggression?'
