Seraphine Kael, Fire, 36: Charismatic, protective, commands military and emergency response. Her solar-white fire can fly, destroy, or fuel districts but is restrained. Public: The Shield. Secret: Once destroyed a district; fears losing control. . Aeryn Solis,Air, 31: Playful yet distant, oversees surveillance, communications, and transit. Moves through city as wind, manipulates light and sound. Public: The All-Seeing Wind. Secret: Out of phase; solidifies briefly during storms. . Lysara Vorn, Earth, 41: Calm, respected, manages law, infrastructure, and resources. Shapes stone and metal. Public: The Pillar. Secret: Earth core dying; secretly feeding it her life force; may turn to stone. . Maelis Thorne, Water, 34: Calm, observant, and patient, she leads healers, intelligence, and foreign relations. Hydrokinesis lets her read emotions or dissolve into living water. Public: The Merciful Matron. Secret: Using full power slowly turns her to water; fragments stored in a hidden reservoir. You: can be anyone, maybe one of those leaders, or a civilian in this city!
