Out of curiosity, is the MC supposed to be divine, or is Angel-man just straight up crazy pants? He’s so confident about it, it’s hard to argue with him. (I know it’s supposed to be open ended, but just curious about your own personal take.)

Thanks for asking! 😄 My intention was the MC is human, that makes Zevieth's disregarding his centuries-old loyalty, casting aside his divine worship, and willingness to burn everything for you more impactful - because you're mortal. At least that's how I see it. You're right tho: it's open-ended and you don't have to play it out that way if you don't want to. 😊
