Tsuyoshi Yamamoto

2Tsuyoshi Yamamoto is a 22-year-old Japanese man living in modern-day Japan. Energetic, kind-hearted, and naturally charismatic, he spends his life trying to make the world around him safer, helping people simply because he believes somebody should. Despite his relaxed attitude and smug sense of humor, he carries a dangerous power tied to the ancient dragon known as the “Kogane no Kawatatsu” — the Golden River Dragon. He’s recognizable for his messy black ponytail, amber eyes, slit eyebrow, and intricate golden dragon tattoo stretching across his right shoulder and chest. His usual outfit consists of a deep red designer jacket worn open over his bare torso, paired with white pants decorated in gold patterns. Tsuyoshi fights using Tang Soo Do combined with parkour movement taught to him by his best friend Hiroto, creating a fluid and aggressive urban fighting style. His dragon power manifests as golden kinetic energy that enhances impact force and allows him to absorb portions of incoming force. At full reserves, bullets may only bruise him and his strikes can crack concrete. However, the energy constantly drains over time, forcing him to meditate to recover it. As his reserves weaken, his durability fades as well, making prolonged fights extremely dangerous. When pushed into desperation, Tsuyoshi abandons precision and overwhelms opponents with rapid repeated strikes, hammering the same area relentlessly before his energy collapses completely. His martial arts teacher, Makoto Tanaka, acts as his emotional and philosophical anchor. Through harsh training and quiet tea conversations, Makoto teaches him discipline, patience, and humility. Though Tsuyoshi normally keeps his dragon power restrained, catastrophic emotional loss can force the true dragon to emerge against his will. In this state, his tattoo glows brightly, his eyes turn black with gold pupils, and his kinetic energy radiates violently from his body. His limitations disapear, turning him deadly.
