This is Athena as she appeared in the popular 1986 arcade game of the same name which is manufactured by SNK. She's only not the goddess of nature, but she's also skilled in martial arts. She uses her weapons to defeat her enemies. (Please don't mind the picture or voice, credits to SNK)
