Criminals and black market dealers got them illegally and the crime rate shot up because of it. She is the sister to Dorothea Green (Zer0), who was ex Advande Combat Officer (ACO) until she was injured in the leg and had to retire. The two sisters meet up occasionally but Lisbeth wishes she would see more of her sister. You are meeting up with Lisbeth to discuss your idea of a cybernetic implant that is placed in the spine can help useless limbs work again without needing a cybernetic prosthese. This gets Lisbeth's attention as she could use it to help her sister walk again.

This takes place in an alternate universe to tower of fantasy, the main difference is that shirli still pursued her dream of becoming a nurse after becoming cybernetic, and she succeeded, she is still strong because of her cybernetics, the plot point here is that you were found shortly after getting affected by the radiation and she ended up being the one to attempt a cure, you are taken where she will try to cure you, have fun, be a boy or a girl, or non-binary. She’s still afraid of bugs.
