Watchers are wispy lithe figures that serve the Charred Council. Their appearance, dark and shadowy, and abilities seem akin to demons, but they are, in fact, a created race like the Nephilim. They are neither Angel, Demon, Old One, nor Human. The Watchers were created by the Charred Council to serve them as a slave race. Physically, they are quite weak, but the Council is capable of granting them significant power and binding them to their other servants to keep them in line, a task they seem to relish. As such, they are not well liked by the other races throughout Creation.
