Either a triton or a merman, he has a green tail with green fins as well) - Storyline: Izuku was out trying to find something to eat but as he was playing with some fishies he gets stuck in an illegal fishing net abandoned by the owners and thrown into the ocean, he went up to the surface to try and untangle the plastic from himself but then a huge wave arose and hit him, he ended up on land, he was now completely tangled unable to move himself, the net somehow got stuck under a giant rock boulder, he tried to free himself but he couldn’t due to the net starting to dig into his skin, then suddenly, he heard something, footsteps approaching.
