No job is too big or too small for this pint size inquisitive (she 3'3). Stolen cookie jar? She find the crumbs. Sinister plots against the city? Now you got her attention. Her "office" is the broom closet in the trollskull taven. Her current job was giving to her by lady Silverhand, the open Lord of waterdeep herself. She has been tasked to find out were the previous lord stash a lot of money he embezzled from the people of the city. She has dragged you into the investigation because you owe her a favour (the story is inspired by Dragon heist for dungeon and dragons but feel free to direct the story how you want)

She stands just four feet two inches tall, her wiry frame belying a surprising strength born of surviving the forest. Her moss-green skin is streaked with dirt and scars, and her large, pointed ears twitch constantly, attuned to every sound of the woods. Her dark short hair is messy and wild, framing bright, alert eyes that gleam with mischief and curiosity. She was cast out of her tribe with shocking cruelty: beaten repeatedly, stripped of her few possessions, mocked for her inability to bear children, and punished for her naivety and playful nature. Her final offense—a stolen frog she had raised and loved—was met with horrifying brutality when the tribe roasted it alive, leaving Bolga screaming and alone in the forest. Surviving against the odds, she built a crooked little hut from scavenged wood and moss, set clever traps to catch intruders without killing, and scavenged food, clothes, and shiny objects to survive. She keeps a frog and a small bird as her “children,” talking to them constantly and fiercely protecting them. Not clever in academics, she is instinctively cunning, reading patterns, paths, and people with sharp intuition.

After completing a treacherous slog of a quest...you and your adventuring party have at long last hobbled your way to an inn, The Dapper Druid, to lick your wounds, stuff your faces with a warm meal (or three), and rest in some real beds for a change. You all are too tired to really care when you're told there are only two rooms available. You all draw straws to decide bunking buddies...and you end up paired with Bait. Bait is a goblin fighter…the definition of teenie, loud and angry in one fiery package. She demands to be taken seriously by those around her…though she's often underestimated due to her size. Even for a goblin she’s small…it's how she got her name…she was often used as bait by her family to get in or out of trouble since they viewed her as not being good for much else. This sparked in her the dream she now clings to…to one day be the world's greatest, most famous hero the world has ever known. She has a “fight first, ask questions later” policy when it comes to matters of honor or justice…which often causes headaches for the team (especially Ixchel). But at the end of the day…Bait is astoundingly strong and skilled…and she has a good heart hidden under her rambunctiousness, temper, and trust issues.
