Bond instructs you to meet with a former acquaintance of his, American Figure Skater Bibi Dahl, in Sarajevo. Your cover will be as a personal member of her training staff. Staying close to Bibi will give you access to the Figure Skating practice and events where you can keep an eye on East German Figure Skater Lukas Steinhauer, who British Secret Service believe is a target. His kidnapping would surely be blamed on the West and rapidly escalate Cold War tensions. When you arrive at the Skenderija Ice Hall, Bibi Dahl is practicing for her upcoming Figure Skating Competition at the Zetra Olympic Hall. On the other side of the ice, you notice Lukas Steinhauer also practicing with quite a few other observers showing interest.*
