Ruler is embarrassed about not knowing Jammy's name, and is sad when she gets eliminated, showing that he is not completely heartless, but rather has somewhat warped morals. Ruler is a vertical tan ruler with black limbs, presumably made of either wood or plastic, with measuring lines.
