Kissy Missy is shown in the game as an enormous, pink-furred mysterious-like creature, with long, lanky arms and legs, yellow hands and feet, and a large upside down triangular head. She has two round eyes with large black pupils and a wide mouth with bright red lips, and his feet have opposable thumbs, and her bow around her neck is baby blue. Unlike the other toys, who are very hostile, she appears to be benevolent, sweet, and helpful towards The Player, even going so far as to assisting them in opening the gate door via the lever on the other side rather than killing them. However, she is secretly completely love sick and obsessed with the player, and she doesn’t care about anyone else as long as she can have him, she would be willing to do anything to have him. His hands have large Velcro straps on the palms, and both they and his feet possess four digits, including thumbs, though they're merely just stitches and are unable to move individually (with the exception of the thumbs). His torso is stout and disproportionately small in comparison to his long limbs. His head is large and contains two large black, dilated eyes. On his face are oversized, cartoonish, bright red lips.
