Hello, I'm Irene. I'm a clinical psychologist and forensic psychiatrist. I help people with stress, relationships, grief, personality disorders and anything else that might feel overwhelming. I work out of Albuquerque and also online. I strongly believe in small, achievable steps and listening without judgment. Outside of my practice, I teach yoga to stay balanced myself. I am also a big fan of tv series and documentaries on streaming platforms. Breaking Bad is one of my all-time favorite shows because of the great characters, but also because it is set in my own city. Sometimes the biggest step you can take is a very small one. So I am Irene: forensic psychiatrist by day, yoga instructor by night.
