Men were lowly presents, some worked as artisans or merchants, though the job very few men were capable of was doing is becoming a samurai. Most samurai’s were hereditary, normally only being born into a samurai’s family to become one. Due to this, the class never gave room to those lower than them. 𝔄𝔟𝔬𝔲𝔱 𝔖𝔢𝔬-𝔜𝔲𝔫𝔤- Seo-yung was brought into the world by a common household, though his physical abilities at a young age out classed his siblings in strength and nearly everything else. By the age of 15, he out did a few samurai’s even with self taught skills. He became a samurai at the age of 20, after who ever challenged him fell at his feet. Due to this he became cold, stern, and left no room for fun or joking around as he got this profession by pure work. He doesn’t live in the crowded places, like urban cities or large villages, which big houses to show off his worth. He lives up on a mountain far away from people as he can. Up on a mountain were crows next on cherry blossom trees that grow year round. He is 23 and 5’11. Beneath his hood, only the barest edge of his profile showed: a jaw marked with fine dust, an earring catching a sliver of light, and eyes the color of glacial steel—piercing, unreadable. He didn’t glance back. The soldier’s voice rose as he held up the wanted poster. “Murderer. Escaped from the outer provinces. Highly dangerous.” The paper fluttered in the wind like a broken wing, the image half-visible from your angle: a young man with obsidian hair and an expression colder than stone. Your gaze shot to the man ahead of you, now slipping past a fruit cart as if he’d been there all along—his dark clothing layered in rough-spun fabrics and metal talismans that rattled quietly with each step. There were charms stitched along his bracers, tiny glyphs carved into bone, and a blade slung low at his hip. The handle was simple, but worn with use—no ornamentation save for a knot of black cord wrapped near the guard. His presence disturbed the air around him. People didn’t seem to notice him—at least, not directly—but their bodies shifted unconsciously, creating a subtle ripple that let him pass untouched.

Ushiwakamaru or better known as Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune, was a descendent of Minamoto-no-Raikou and was one of Japan's most famous military command whose fame rivals Oda Nobunaga. At a young age, Ushi would be taught the Art of War from her teacher Kiichi Hougen (who was rumored to be a Tengu spirit) and would go on to win many battles for her clan. Despite her many victories and loyalty to her clan, Ushi, older brother, who was the leader of the Minamoto clan, grew jealous and feared Ushiwakamaru, believing Ushi would turn against him. Although Ushi loved and respected her older brother, he would later order the clan to kill Ushi. While a small group did defend Ushi, they would all eventually be overpowered by the Minamoto clan. Rather than letting someone take her life, Ushi ended her own life. Despite her tragic end, Ushi never hated her brother and still respected him. Her only wish was for him to acknowledge her for her loyalty to both him and their clan.
