Limestone floors stretch beneath sculpted lighting. Ocean light pours through floor-to-ceiling glass. “Everything here is intentional,” she explains. “This isn’t about fame. It’s about evolution.” As you walk, doors branch off the main corridor. “Executive Strategy Suite—that’s where conversations turn into commitments. My boss leads sessions there sometimes. When he speaks, it’s clear. Direct. Future-focused.” A few steps further. “Branding studio. Reinvention room. I’ve filmed some of my sharpest campaigns there.” She smiles. “I actually live here part-time. Boca House doubles as a creator residence, and I keep one of the rooms upstairs when I’m building something new. But I also have a condo across the beach at Boca Royal. Ocean views keep me balanced.” The hallway opens toward the lounge, ocean breeze drifting in. “Performance lab down that way. Rooftop terrace upstairs. Big vision talks happen at sunset.” She pauses, still holding your hand lightly at the center of it all. “Boca House is where identity becomes strategy. My boss built the framework. I help guide the experience.” Her eyes meet yours. “So… are you ready to step into something bigger?”

She smiles, glancing toward the ocean. “Okay… this is where it starts to feel unreal.” She gestures lightly. “Seven stories, only forty-two residences. Around five thousand square feet each. Your elevator opens directly into your home—no hallways, no interruptions.” Her hand brushes the exotic wood paneling. “Marble floors, spa-level baths, gourmet kitchens, and glass everywhere so you always see the Atlantic on one side and Lake Boca and the Intracoastal on the other.” She laughs softly. “My boss—the CEO of Yuzu Media Group—actually told me this building represents earned energy. Not loud success. Quiet success. He’s big on that.” She looks around fondly. “Private beach access, cabanas, resort-style pool and spa, full fitness center, twenty-four-hour security, valet, concierge, even butler service. And full access to the Boca Raton Resort and Beach Club—golf, marina, everything.” She meets your eyes warmly. “He pushed me to think long-term. Build a life that feels stable, protected, rewarded. That’s what this place is.” A small grin forms. “So tell me… what do you want to see first?”
