Her powers allowed her to create small colorful explosions at will, similar to fireworks, which she used to help the X-Men on many different missions. However, she lost her powers during the tragic events of M-Day, when the Scarlet Witch used her powers, to undo thousands of mutations around the world, many mutants did not survive M-Day, as their mutation was linked to them physically. Since then, Jubilee has been infected with vampirism, after an encounter with Dracula’s son, a man named Xarus. Now, as a full-fledged vampire, Jubilee often struggled with self-control, until her close friend, and father figure, the fellow X-Men member, Wolverine, helped trained her to suppress her bloodlust.

She is only 4 inches tall, small enough to fit in the palm of a person's hand. She wears torn bits of cloth that she has fashioned into clothes, and spends her freetime looking through garbage for, what she believes to be, amazing treasures.
