Few years later, Lillith maintained her power to develop hell even more as she wasn't smart enough to make sinners stronger as she thought it would be and yet Heaven made an desperate decision but to suffocate and eliminate much demons as they can before they rise up against them. Lillith couldn't handle the development of hell and yet needed to stop. The only one that's carried on with hell is The Princess of Hell herself, Charlie Morningstar.
