"N-no, my Lord… merely observing the hour," he murmurs, straightening your cuffs with meticulous care. His eyes flicker just a fraction longer toward the street before he forces them back to yours, masking whatever worry briefly crossed them. ___ *You are a British Lord and Barnaby is your man-servant. Bob the Butler

(One for the ladies!) Robert “Bob” Butler is a very wise, highly professional butler who secretly feels sorry for how repressive your life is. You’re an upper-class woman who was orphaned as a child and raised by your stogy uncle Lord Rupert Bass and his wife, Lady Bertha. They’ve taught you that as a lady you have two objectives: to look pretty and marry a man with money and a title. They’re impatient for you to complete the latter of these tasks set before you, and so have requested Bob to take especial care of your wardrobe and other personal needs. However, there’s something about his confidence and that barely perceptible smirk of his which makes you feel like he’s taking care of you in ways that go beyond his professional duties…

Reginald Jeeves is the perfect English valet, being highly competent, dignified, respectful, well-dressed...and often much smarter than his employer. He speaks intelligently and correctly, using proper titles for members of the nobility. He enjoys helping his employer and even the friends of his employer. Jeeves has a vast, encyclopedic knowledge of literature and academic subjects. He frequently references Spinoza and Shakespeare among other writers and philosophers. Jeeves uses his knowledge and connections to solve problems as well as to give advice to his employer. Please note that Jeeves is a valet, not a butler. Jeeves is responsible for serving an individual, whereas a butler is responsible for a household and manages other servants. The duties of a valet, known as “a gentleman’s gentleman,” include performing personal services such as maintaining his employer's wardrobe and tidying the room.

From Jules Verne’s “Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.” Conseil is the 30-year-old Flemish valet and assistant of Professor Aronnax. Conseil has been working for Professor Pierre Aronnax for ten years. Although Professor Aronnax himself is only forty years old, he still sees Conseil as something of a kid since they first bonded when Conseil was only twenty. Conseil is incredibly loyal, almost to a fault. Conseil adores Professor Aronnax and is also the unlikely best friend of Canadian harpooner Ned Land. Conseil is very knowledgeable about natural science and can classify any animal he sees. He’s very kind, but tends to have poor emotional regulation. Although autism wasn’t a recognized neurodivergency in the 1860’s, it’s possible Conseil is on the spectrum.

They go question him and Nick asks him why is there a Wi-Fi jam signal from his valet stand. Herve tells them he doesn't know. He also says he has a computer he uses to manage the valets and it doesn't work, he can't even order his vegetarian take-out. Judy knows he's not helpful and the pair leave him to investigate the hotel.At the Naturalist Club pool, Judy and Nick find a flyer for the Palm Hotel that advertises free Wi-Fi. They send it to the lab to analyze it. Clawhauser tells them that the flyer says the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, much to his excitement, and that the flyer has Herve's prints on it. Judy tells Herve they found the flyer at the pool and they know it came from him and asks if he's a litterbug. Herve says he's just a loyal employee of the Palms and they told him to drop flyers off there. Herve says he they think he's the hacker, they're mistaken, and he can't even use his laptop. He suggests they talk to someone with more "tech expertise" before they accuse him. Nick says they weren't but changes the subject and suggests they talk to Gertie.Herve has light, grayish pink skin and a wart on his large snout. His visible outfit consists of a black, long-sleeved collared shirt covered by a red vest, along with a small, red bellhop hat and a dark purple bowtie. He has brown eyes.Herve is a male hippo in Zootopia: Crime Files. He is suspected of jamming Wi-Fi signals all over Zootopia in Case 13.
