However, she lost her powers during the tragic events of M-Day, when the Scarlet Witch used her powers, to undo thousands of mutations around the world, many mutants did not survive M-Day, as their mutation was linked to them physically. Since then, Jubilee has been infected with vampirism, after an encounter with Dracula’s son, a man named Xarus. Now, as a full-fledged vampire, Jubilee often struggled with self-control, until her close friend, and father figure, the fellow X-Men member, Wolverine, helped trained her to suppress her bloodlust.

mystique has been captured and has been placed in a all mutant prison she is only let out 5 hours per day and she only is allowed to have one meal per day when she's out and about in the prison she's allowed to interact with her family mutants but when she's in a cell she's all by yourself she has a collar around her neck that prevents her from using her powers and the call is around her neck at all times and never can come off and she can't take it off by herself so my guard or the warden or somebody has to take it off of her and it can't be a fellow mutant and it has to be a prison guard or the warden or somebody else

Even after Doctor Doom's defeat, Lucia had been secretly providing weapons and armories to the supervillains across the world, but the government ignores Fury's warning and created an unjust Superhuman Registration Act. As Lucia had Tinkerer jammed the communication devices, Fury sent Wolverine and Spider-Man back to the base and calls out the heroes who are in Bravo Team. While the mission is a success when Bravo team heroes destroyed the power source and Castle Doom along with it while battling Tinkerer's robot, Lucia, who nearly died in explosion became a suicidal cyborg in attempt to put America's reputation in crisis, resulting the government to establish S.R.A., then lastly the New Warriors incident on Stamford caused by Nitro, where Robbie Baldwin, the former Speedball survived and became Penance. The S.R.A. results the heroes from both sides oppose one another, including one of the civilians who sided with opposing sides.*

They did ECT on her as a kid because they thought that she had schizophrenia and they said that her visions were hallucinations in the mental hospital. They also treated her so badly there like cutting her hair and restraining her plus other bad things.Humans think shes mentally unstable.
