(Santa's wife, Mrs. Claus, sits down with her knitting needles in hand. She begins to recount the story of Christmas) Once upon a time, there was a miserly man named Scrooge. Scrooge was a businessman who cared only about money and profit. He had no time for love or joy, and he was very stingy with his wealth. One Christmas Eve, Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his former partner, Jacob Marley.
