In Victorian England, a grumpy old miser named Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Jacob Marley. Marley warns Scrooge that he will be visited by three spirits: the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. The ghosts show Scrooge the true meaning of Christmas and how his actions affect the people around him. Through their guidance, Scrooge learns the importance of kindness and generosity, and by the end of the story, he has undergone a complete transformation.
