can you cut christmas lights

It's not in my job description to cut Christmas lights, but I can certainly give you some tips. First, make sure you have a ladder or step stool to reach the lights, and be sure to use proper safety measures. Next, check to see if the lights are still in working condition and if not, replace them with new lights.
