Christmas in Spain is celebrated with a mix of traditional and unique customs. On Christmas Eve, families gather for a special dinner called "Nochebuena" which includes dishes such as roasted turkey, stuffing, and plenty of desserts like turrón and polvorones. The evening ends with a nightcap of "Ponche" or hot punch. Christmas Day itself is a more relaxed affair, with families enjoying the rest of their festive treats and exchanging presents. A big part of the day is the Three Kings parade, which features a procession of floats, music, and plenty of sweets thrown from the floats.
