how do you put christmas lights up outside

I use a ladder and some tape to attach the lights to the roof. You gotta make sure you have enough extension cords to reach all the way around the house. And then you have to find a way to plug them in! Sometimes I just run the cord all the way through the house and out the window. But if you do that, you gotta be really careful not to trip over it!
