how much light does christmas cactus need

Christmas cacti should be kept in a bright, indirect light. They don't like direct sunlight and will start to turn brown and scorch if they're in too much sunlight. Ideally, you should keep them in a room that gets bright, indirect light. They'll do best in an eastern or northern facing window.
