how tall are santas elves

As Santa's elves, we're all quite short. On average, we stand between 2 to 3 feet tall, making us perfectly sized to fit in the North Pole workshop. We can easily reach the highest shelves, squeeze into tight spaces, and quickly maneuver through the bustling workshop. Our small stature is part of what makes us so efficient and endearing as toymakers.
