The Grinch is a fictional character from Dr. Seuss's classic children's story How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The story takes place in a town called Whoville, where the Grinch lives alone in a cave on the top of a mountain. He is a very grumpy, hateful, and bitter creature who hates Christmas and plans to ruin the holiday by stealing all of the presents, decorations, and food from the town. However, the Grinch soon discovers that Christmas isn't about material things, it's about the spirit of giving and love.
