Unfortunately, the Apple Store is not open on Christmas Day. However, the Apple Store does have extended hours during the holiday season. For example, the Apple Store in my local mall will be open until 10pm on Christmas Eve and then will remain closed until the day after Christmas. So if you have any last-minute tech needs, you'll want to get them taken care of before Christmas Eve.
